Warranty Policy

All Seward Offroad lights have a LIFETIME WARRANTY to the original purchaser only with proof of purchase.  Warranty covers LED failure, and defects in material and workmanship.

Seward Offroad reserves the right to either repair or replace such item(s) once it has been inspected and determined that the failure has not been caused by abuse, modifications, or improper installation. If the light has been disassembled for any reason the warranty will be voided.

Examples of what is not covered:  Inadequate mounting or installation damage, alteration, modification, misuse or failure to maintain. • Damage in any part attributable to: (a.) vehicle systems or components or (b.) combination with non-Seward Offroad products. • Normal wear and tear/product deterioration. • Corrosion or deterioration of paint or finish• Acts of God, accidents, impact by rocks, trees, obstacles or other aspects of the use environment. • Theft, vandalism or other negligent or intentional damage.

Before you start the warranty process PLEASE check all the connections and plugs. Make sure there is not anything that is preventing a good connection to the light. Low voltage will make a light flash, flicker, or half turn on. Check the wire size to make sure it is correct. We get back lights that work fine and these lights are sent back to the customer. Check and re-check all your connections before sending a light back.  Also, bench test the lights to make sure it is not an issue with your vehicle.

The process for warranty repair/replacement is as follows:

1.  Login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. 

2.  Seward Offroad will then email you a RMA number that MUST be on the return box.

3.  Please include the following information with your light:

  • Complete contact information including phone number
  • The problem that is occurring with your light
  • RMA number

4.   Properly package and return item (prepaid by customer) to:

 5.   Once the light has been inspected Seward Offroad will determine if the product can be repaired or if it will be replaced.  We will then return your item(s) to you.  (Prepaid by Seward Offroad)

 

Due to some dishonest people, we cannot send replacement lights to you before receiving your light. This has burned us many times and Seward Offroad had to stop shipping warranty items before receiving the old ones back ABSOLUTELY NO ITEM OR LIGHT WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL WARRANTY ITEM IS RECEIVED AT OUR LOCATION!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Special Orders will not receive a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Most customers will only have one shipping option, based on their location.  FedEx is the default shipping provider for 48 US states, while USPS is the default shipping provider for overseas orders.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
